PATH Industry Steering Committee Reviews Progress
PATH's Industry Steering Committee (ISC), comprised of builders and manufacturers, met on May 8 in Washington, DC to set a strategic direction for PATH and review ongoing initiatives. PATH representatives updated ISC members on recent performance evaluations, marketing strategies, and policy and funding issues. The ISC members discussed a host of pertinent issues including funding, land development, building codes, and new roadmaps. The Committee will convene again in Boston in September. New Hampshire Community Loan Fund Supports New Generation of Manufactured Housing
The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund (NHCLF) is helping to build an environmentally-sensitive community of manufactured houses with PATH technologies. The NHCLF has also developed new financing options that will allow residents to reap the financial benefits of standard house mortgages, while enjoying the low cost and convenience of advanced manufactured homes.
