PATH Concept Home Omaha Honored with Green Building Award

Tim Hemsath of the Flatwater Chapter of the USGBC presented the award to Jamie Lyons, PATH Partners, and Reggie Robinson, Omaha HUD Office. PATH Concept Home Omaha received a Green Building Award from the Flatwater Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) after the home was certified for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for homes program. The award represents the dedication and commitment our partners have achieved in providing sustainable products.

Prior to the award ceremony more than 70 attendees were given a special 'green' tour of the home. The PATH Concept Home Omaha design meets all the requirements for sustainability across the board: LEED for homes, ENERGY STAR™, Environments For Living®, and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Green Building Guidelines.
