NEW PATH PARTNERS

PATH welcomes five new partners to the PATH Partner Program. Details on each partner and the program can be found on PATHnet.

Affordable Housing Provider/Developer
Federal Frequency Group is building a steel-frame manufactured housing facility, which will produce 3,000-5,000 affordable housing units in Hawaii.

Builders
American Affordable Housing Co. LLC is building homes with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for an infill project in Daytona Beach, Florida, for low- to moderate-income homebuyers.

Nationwide Custom Homes, which produces modular homes, built the PATH Tutorial Townhouses for the 2005 International Builders' Show.

Panelworks Plus, Inc. is working to build its first ENERGY STAR® qualified home using SIPs.

Researcher
Clemson University Assistant Professor David Prevatt is conducting research on residential construction affected by four Florida hurricanes.
