PATH provided technical assistance throughout design, development, and construction of the Takoma Village project, which consists of 22 townhouse-style buildings divided into 43 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. PATH evaluated multiple technologies, including
geothermal heating and cooling, blown-in cellulose insulation,
solar hot water systems,
fiber cement siding, ductwork in conditioned space, and
optimum value engineering.
