The Clay Street project entailed the construction of a two-story duplex with fiber-cement siding, insulated concrete forms (ICFs), and engineered wood to reflect Habitat for Humanity International's Environmental Initiative to promote energy-efficient, environmentally friendly construction.

Denver, CO
In the Green Valley Ranch Project, the NAHB Research Center worked with Oakwood Homes of Denver to gather information about PATH technologies and construction techniques for frost-protected shallow foundations, PEX plumbing pipes, and plastic manifolds.

La Plata, MD
The Washington Square 80-unit community designed for senior housing incorporated several PATH technologies that included: ICFs, tankless water heaters, fiber-cement siding, amongst many others.

Dallas, TX
The Vistas at Kensington Park is an urban infill subdivision project which provides low-income families an energy efficient and durable home at a reasonable price. Features include cathedral ceilings in most rooms (made practical by the structural insulated panels construction), brick veneer street facades, and fiber-cement siding.
