They regularly use pre-cast concrete panels, structural insulated panels, and modular construction in their projects.
Courtlan Construction (West Chesterfield, NH) built the PATH-sponsored Mold-Safe Model Home. The home features mold-resistant gypsum panels, roof underlayment, smart vapor retarders, and wastewater treatment.
Fitzgerald Group, LLC (Sumter, SC) builds energy-efficient homes using innovative building techniques such as sprayed foam insulation, high performance windows, heat pumps, and OSB framing. All homes are constructed with complete building envelopes.
Natural Homes (Raleigh, NC) builds custom energy-efficient homes. Technologies include active and passive solar, geothermal, radiant heating, dual-fuel heating, engineered lumber, and ICFs.
Related Compression (Athens, GA) uses spray foam insulation, foundation drainage panels, new-generation OSB sub-flooring, programmable thermostats, and other PATH-profiled technologies.
