Concept Home Charleston

Concept Home Charleston will serve as a model of sustainability, disaster-resistance, flexibility and cost-effectiveness. Like the inaugural PATH Concept Home recently completed in Omaha, Neb., the project will incorporate the most advanced products and systems from leading manufacturers to demonstrate how design and technology innovations can create a sustainable, efficient and durable home that's also cost-effective to build and high in quality.

HUD names Charleston Builder for PATH Concept Home in South Carolina


HUD's Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH) revealed the design plans for a Concept Home demonstration project to be built in Charleston, South Carolina.

Charrette participants, led by Torti Gallas and Partners architect Mark Bombaugh, review draft design concepts.  The house design will integrate with local design styles while also serving as a model for innovative building systems and sustainability.
