6. How will you maximize the long-term affordability of my house?

7. Do you have experience with the products/designs I want incorporated into the house?

8. How will the HVAC be sized, designed, and installed?

9. Are the windows installed and the insulation levels appropriate for this climate?

10. How will the home take advantage of free passive solar energy?
