Demonstration Site Participation: San Francisco, CA
CHC participated in PATH's Demonstration Site of the Folsom/Dore Apartments. This project included construction of over 2,800 units, more than 90% of which are affordable to low-income seniors and families earning between 30% to 60% of the area median income.
