La Plata, MD
Bruce Davis, Inc. designed an 80-unit owner-occupied senior housing development. The homes are constructed with several PATH technologies, including
insulated concrete forms,
tubular skylights,
fiber-cement siding,
tankless water heaters and cost-effective ventilation systems.
Special Projects:
Chaney Enterprises was a sponsor for
MADE (marketable, affordable, durable, entry-level) homes. MADE homes are compact, flexible, 1,700-square-foot, 1-1/2 story designs in which the NAHB Research Center incorporated PATH technologies and techniques for cost savings and energy efficiency. One such technology is
fiber-cement siding to eliminate caulking and increase the durability of the exterior finish of the home.
