insulated concrete forms (ICFs),
tankless water heaters, and
fiber-cement siding.

The Vistas at Kensington Park is an urban infill subdivision project, constructed by Carl Franklin Homes, which provides low-income families an energy efficient and durable home at a reasonable price. The standard design included
structural insulated panel (SIPs) and
geothermal heat pumps, while tankless water heaters were installed throughout the site for a side-by-side comparison with a conventional tank heater.

The Hughes Construction Project presented an opportunity for a side-by-side field evaluation of several building technologies, such as ICFs,
autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks, composite panels, and tankless water heaters.
