Hello,
I do a school for engineers/foreman in
Switzerland, and I have to write a
pre-exame soon. My subject is about a
house in California, where I have to
construct, design and write about
housing. All I miss are construction
codes for California.
An other possibility would be that I
design it, and can send it to someone
who can check it. It could be a good
deal: check my plan, and get ideas how
people over here are able to build
houses for $400'000. The same size
which cost up from $120'000 in the US.
Learn from eachother wouldnt be the
worst thing.
