Dear John Katz,
Evidently your previous searches did not provide the
answer list to meet your shopping list for green
friendly, and correct centered technologies.
Do not despair, a group focussing on these principles
is being formed for development of protocol, a written
standard such as ASTM or ISO 9000. Without standards,
builders are not bold enough to use more than a few of
the emerging arts in home building. Builders plan on
getting a green seal of approval for its politically
correct benefit in advertising and internet exposure.
Look for green housing rewards. You will find a few in
"your neck of the woods", but they will not fully
answer your above list.
