Can anyone tell me how I can take my new Manufactured Home land lease community and set it up so that all the home buyers will have the options to qualify for conventional mortgages. I saw an article in Manufactured Housing-Urban Land March 1999 that a 50 year lease allow for conventional loans, thus making the manufactured home only loan comparable to that for site-built homes. I would like to get a list of finance companies and contact names and numbers to pursue this attractive option for all home buyers. Thanks in Advance Dave
