Your subject is a heat pump that works like a gas
powered refrigerator. Any contractor that does heat
pumps can give you details. Newest technology can make
it obsolete. A sun tracking solar concentrating
paraboloid can use a focused ring of heat that drives a
linear Sterling engine that in turn drives a linear
alternator that in turn drives, among other things, a
standard electric heat pump. Alternately, the Sterling
engine can drive a linear refrigerant heat pump
directly.
