SUBJECT: Creep in plastic as structural material

I was perusing the technology inventory and ran across
the Ray-Core panels with PVC structural members. I
have been hearing some discussion lately regarding the
creep that is associated with plastics in construction
and the concern of their use as a structural material
for this reason. What are some of the current
technologies for overcoming this problem? How big of
a barrier is this to plastic in construction?
