Square,round, or polygon shaped shaped 2 story houses
give buyers the most house for the dollar. The factor
that dovetails with this optimization is gravity fed
forced air hvac systems. It's been demonstrated in
Arizona that swamp cooler air needs to fall only 23
feet to have the same force as if blown by a $35 a
month fan
A vertical trunk line for heating and cooling should be
re- engineered to enhance gravity motion rather than
outlets under windows that fight gravity motion of air.
