Best Practice Corrections for Northern Enterprise

Insert new message here...I would like to thank you
guys at Path for including our company in the Best
Practices section. We are trying to make a difference
here in our city as responsible builders while we
still keep an eye on our bottom line. Our five duplexs
presold like hot cakes. In our case it makes good
cents to incorporate energy saving strategies into our
build.
Building in the city is not an easy task. You try
telling your local building official your bringing
your foundation in on a truck or your going to extract
heat from ground (geothermal). Buck Taylor and Norman
Barry from the Connecticut Light and Power Company
(our mentors in this project), have taken our company
under their wings and backed us when we needed support.
A couple changes we hope you can make to our Best
Practice.
