systems. Technical tests prove this HVAC controller to
save from 30 to 80% on energy consumption of your HVAC
system. This system can be controlled by the
home/business owners telephone. The system will dial
out to an assigned number to warn you of smoke/fire in
your building, warn you if temperatures go below or
above the preset limits you program into the
controller( in the event your HVAC goes out). This
controller can sence brown-out AC voltage and will
cycle off your HVAC unit and hold it in timeout until
the AC voltage returns to full power. This unit has
built-in voltage surge protection for your HVAC system.
You can turn on or off appliance,indoor or outdoor
lights from anywhere by simply picking up your
telephone and calling this contorller. This product is
