I envision prestressed concrete panels for houses as
being equal polygons that fit together to make a dome.
I also envision pre-stressing being done with filament
wound end over end hanks of carbon fiber with loops for
pulling pins at each end of the hank.
This would make a terific roof over a swimming pool
where chlorene gas invades concrete to attack & degrade
steel rebar. Does your institute make use of
visionaries?
