linda | Posted - 20 December 2002 10:48    My husband and I are building new home. We are considering using cultured rock for both the exterior and the fireplace surround. Are there any pitfalls we should be aware of in using this product? It looks so real and the installed prices we have been quoted are much less. Is this a case of too good to be true? |
Tim Thompson | Posted - 29 May 2003 21:34 We used Mountain Stone brand cultured rock to face out a block support wall around the perimeter of a 1700 sq. ft. concrete deck. It went on well. My masonary sub enjoyed working with it, and it is holding up quite nicely. |
