You have not represented CCA pressure treated lumber in
a fair manner. CCA pressure treated wood is proven to
last longer than any other treatment including ACQ. I
am not aware of any studies showing that ACQ is as
safe, when used as directed as CCA, your site implies
that it is safer.

There are many studies proving the safe use of properly
processed CCA. I am not aware of any studies showing
the same for ACQ. I recommend strongly that you read
the Material Safety Data Sheet and the Manufacturer's
Literature on ACQ (check closely for disclaimers) and
consider changing the informaion you provide. CCA is a
safe and effective wood preservative and you are giving
a very false impression concerning this product to your
members.
