WHAT: Two-day event for a first look at the completed National Homebuilder Mainstream GreenHome and a celebration of the progress of the sustainable concepts behind it. The GreenHome is an educational platform for residential sustainability developed by Cherokee Investment Partners, the nation's largest redeveloper of brownfield sites that aims to bring eco-friendly construction techniques to the forefront of residential building.
The home showcases numerous innovative combinations of sustainable features that make it one of the greenest homes in the country. Since construction, it has earned the highest eco-friendly accolades and has set many "first-of-its-kind" trends.
